Your classes

Up to six, each its own subject. The calendar shows one at a time; the week shows them all. The guide is built from the term below. Nothing is scheduled for you — it only suggests what fits, and you take what you want.

    Subjects I teach

Hides the other subjects on every page. Your district's switches still apply.

    From colleagues

Weeks other teachers shared for this course, with their name. Open one, or copy it onto the week on screen.

    Term

Every concept is spread over several class days up to here, a different practice each day. The rest of the term is review, state testing and projects. Clear it to spread the course over the whole term.

    Pacing guide

The district's scope and sequence for reference, the guides you attach, and the one you develop for the calendar to follow.

Every lesson of this course, on the same weekday 52 weeks on; the originals stay. Set next year's term and days off when the district publishes them, and the arrows fix the few that land on a holiday.

    Days you meet this class

School days alternate A, B, A, B from that day on; a day off does not use up a letter. Each day of the calendar shows its letter.

    Your weekly routine

If you assess or reteach on the same day every week, set it here. Those days come out of the pacing before topics are spread across the term, so the guide never tries to teach something new on your quiz day.

    Days off

These are taken out of the count, so the guide never paces you through a week you are not there. Remove anything your building does differently, and add your own.

      Pacing notes

Every lesson you move is written down here, with the reason if you gave one. Next year, when you plan this course again, last year's slips are waiting.
